Saki's new A0I benchtop models, BF-Comet18 and BF-Comet-c, are designed for mass production with the 0201[0603]. Both models feature 18 μm resolution and a newly designed LED array enabling highly efficient PCBA inspection.

Features: Vibration-free high-speed line scanning technology. Optical system comprises telecentric lenses capable of capturing images without blind spots. Coaxial overhead lighting system eliminates shadows, improves efficiency, and reduces production start-up time. Line scanning system detects foreign objects and additional components across the entire printed circuit board (PCB) surface.
Fujiyama's proprietary algorithm inspects five key aspects of through-hole solder joints. General platform supports both 3D-SPI and 3D-AOI.
